Super cute place to stay in Newberg stocked with everything you could possibly need in a place including a cute welcome pack for our pup. I hosted my family for Christmas Eve dinner and was impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with what I needed for cooking. Highly recommend!

I booked this location for an anniversary getaway in wine country and couldnt be happier with the space and amenities provided. The concierge options helped make the stay feel more special. The sauna is an amazing feature. Id love to stay again in the future!

The home was very welcoming when we arrived. Very clean. We like to cook and the kitchen was very nice to cook in. This space was not lacking in any way. Sharp knives, plenty of paper towels, plenty of trash bags. You can tell that this property is owned and managed properly!! Well worth the stay!! I truly wish that any other property management companies were anything like Lifestyle Properties. They were absolutely fantastic and the home was overstocked with anything we could have needed. I would seek out one of their properties to stay at again!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Amity Flats. We are frequent visitors to the area. This is the best value in Yamhill County. We love the elegant studio apartment. It contains everything we need to make meals and relax. The hosts are very responsive to text messages.

The staff checked in with us regularly as well responded timely to any of our questions. Lifestyle Properties were so gracious to us. They continually checked in with us to see if we were doing well.

Property was convenient and close to many amenities (several close-by dog parks). I know that it is also close to many wineries, however, was not able to check them out this time. The Avery House has great layout with additional indoor activities (foosball and ping pong tables) and outdoor activities (hot-tub and fire pit). We had not planned to be at the Avery House for the holidays this year, however, due to an unfortunate situation with our personal home which prevented us for hosting my two out-of-state sons and their families. Avery House not only met our needs but was above and beyond expectations and was able to include our local family members (additional two sons, daughter and their families).
